ALDARA BEGINS THE CONSTRUCTION OF 28 HOUSES WITH COMMON AREAS AND POOL IN THE ENSANCHE DE VALLECAS (MADRID) FOR DEVELOPMENTS ALAMEDA DEL VALLE S.L.

Aldara begins the construction of 28 homes in El Ensanche de Vallecas, whose completion is expected in approximately 18 months, for Developments Alameda Del Valle S.L. with an investment that exceeds 3.3 million euros. Of the more than 4,500 m2 total, 3,600 are the 5 floors above ground, with a maximum height of 23 meters, and the rest a ground floor for 34 parking spaces, machine rooms and storage rooms.   The architect Alberto Martin de Lucio´s project includes a swimming pool, solarium, children´s play area, equipped gym, community room with Home Cinema and bicycle parking. The 28 homes, of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, have clothesline, outdoor terrace for high floors and private garden on the ground floor.   The kitchens and bathrooms with quartz countertops that includes appliances, the bathrooms with towel radiators, the complete installation of air conditioning with programmable thermostat in the living room, will give the homes a high level of quality and comfort. The centralized heating system with individual consumption meters and heat emission through aluminum radiators that incorporate thermostatic valves to regulate the temperature according to the orientation of the different rooms, allows consumption savings and contributes to the sustainability of the construction.
