ALDARA BEGINS CONSTRUCTION OF A 244-ROOM HOTEL ON CALLE JULIÁN CAMARILLO IN MADRID
ALDARA Construcciones e Infraestructuras has commenced work on a 244-room hotel located at 37 Julián Camarillo Street in Madrid, further cementing its position as a leading company in the development of large-scale hotel projects.
The client for the project is TIKEHAU, which, together with ALSOTEL, has established an investment and development platform aimed at building several hotels in Spain, with the aim of promoting high-quality hotel assets in strategic locations.
The establishment will have a total of 244 rooms, 12 of which will be triple rooms, and will be classified as a 3-star hotel. The project will be developed under the Holiday Inn Express franchise, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the leading international hotel chains.
The future hotel will feature prefabricated bathrooms, a swimming pool and underground car park, incorporating innovative construction solutions aimed at optimising construction times and improving build quality.
The project has been designed in accordance with strict sustainability and energy efficiency criteria, which will enable it to obtain LEED GOLD certification, attesting to the building’s environmental commitment and the responsible use of resources.
The architectural design has been developed by Carlos García Cedillo, whilst AYESA is acting as project manager, overseeing the comprehensive management, supervision, control and coordination of the works. GRUPO PLAN is responsible for the project’s design and technical supervision.
With this new development, ALDARA Construcciones e Infraestructuras consolidates its experience in the hotel sector and reaffirms its commitment to innovation, sustainability and excellence in project delivery.
