Residencial Villas del Parque has used sustainable construction measures with passive architectural solutions that materialize in solid brick facades, mostly made with recycled materials from thermal plants with large thermal capacity and sustainable manufacturing system, insulation of polyurethane and air chamber to avoid the thermal bridge that turn the building into a real climate control device, The construction of houses type interns, which facilitate ventilation and cross-over sunlight minimizing the electricity, low consumption faucets and double cisterns load in the bathrooms, which favor the saving of water consumption, or the use in free spaces, water sheet and vegetation as passive support for cooling, are other measures of efficiency and responsible consumption incorporated into the project.
