ALDARA HANDS OVER THE RESIDENCES FOR THE ELDERLY IN CARABANCHEL AND BOADILLA DEL MONTE

During the summer, we delivered the Carabanchel and Boadilla del Monte senior residences to Alta Real Estate, which will be operated by Emera.
The Carabanchel residence, which consists of 4 residential floors above ground, is made up of 195 beds, 11 assisted living apartments and a day center, as well as a large courtyard, several terraces and garden areas.
On the other hand, the Boadilla del Monte residence is made up of two interconnected buildings, consisting of a basement, ground floor and two additional floors, with a capacity for 160 beds and large outdoor gardens.
