ALDARA STARTS THE CONSTRUCTION OF 29 MULTI-FAMILY HOUSES IN THE ENSANCHE DE VALLECAS. MADRID

ALDARA begins the construction of 29 homes for Desarrollos La Veleta S.L. whose delivery is scheduled for spring 2020.
The project signed by the architect ALBERTO MARTIN DE LUCIO consists of a building consisting of 6 floors above ground (ground +4 floors + attic floor) divided into three portals, two of them with 10 homes each and the last one with 9 homes and one ground floor for 38 parking spaces, 29 storage rooms and facilities room. On the ground floor, located in the plot-free space are the common areas that are formed by: swimming pool, solarium space, playground, equipped gym, community room with HOME CINEMA and space for bicycle parking and a local commercial.
The houses will have a complete installation of air conditioning with duct system. You will have a programmer thermostat placed in the room.
