BEGINING OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENCE FOR THE ELDERLY IN THE PAU CARABANCHEL

The construction of the new residence for the elderly, supervised apartments and Day Center of Grupo Geriatrico WSENIOR, SL and designed by SHAR ARQUITECTURA, SLP in PAU Carabanchel has started.
The building will host a total of 195 residents: 179 places in single/double rooms, 16 places on the supervised apartments and 30 on the Day Center.
In addition to this, the Senior Housing will provide its inhabitants with: a medical area with nursing and rehabilitation rooms, therapy areas and commom use areas, therapeutic garden, occupational therapy room, sensory stimulation room and a chapel.
