BEGINS THE WORK OF THE RESIDENCE FOR THE ELDERLY IN MÓSTOLES AWARDED BY ALTA REAL ESTATE, S.L.
Construction work begins on the project awarded to Aldara CI by Alta Real Estate. Construction work on a residence for the elderly with 130 single rooms and 18 double rooms in the PAU-5 of Móstoles, a newly created area in the north of the municipality.
The project consists of a five-storey free-standing building that will house 130 single rooms and 18 double rooms, adding up to a total of 148 units, and 166 residential spaces, all of which will be distributed along the five floors of the block.
The shape is substantially longitudinal and is located aligned with the southern boundary, facing Agustín de Betancourt street, the roundabout and Avda. Ramón de la Sagra. The building is breaking down in plan, adapting to the curvature of the roundabout and the streets, differentiating four wings.
The building has a ground floor and four floors above ground. On the fourth floor, only the right part of the building is occupied, thus leaving the left free area for outdoor space for residents. On the access floor is the lobby that communicates with the main entrance and that has the capacity to house all visitors and families and the common areas, the infirmary and a residential area for dependent people.
The rest of the residential area is distributed on the four upper floors, in which single and double rooms, living rooms and dining rooms and service areas on each floor are distributed.
The volume of the building is the result of the application of urban regulations, remaining below the maximum admissible values and complying with the parameters related to habitability and functionality.
