The project of offices for rent Ecosostenible signed by the team of architects FLUITERS ARQUITECTURA S.L.P. for VERSONS 59 S.L has been under the optional supervision of the Senior Architect Don Luis Fernando Bello Varela. The building has 3000m2 for offices, distributed in 3 floors above ground, with modules of minimum 250m2 expandable and possibility of terrace. All offices are exterior, with great luminosity, top quality finishes, and optimization of energy resources. A ground floor where the facilities area and 47 covered parking spaces are located, 2 of them with charging points for electric cars and 2 of them for low-CO2 cars, in addition to those reserved for the Handicapped. There is also an area reserved for motorcycle and bicycle parking areas. Designed to meet the requirements of the prestigious international LEED certification of Environmental Construction (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) a voluntary, sustainable building certification system developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
