WE STARTED THE CONSTRUCTION OF 128 HOMES IN VALDEMORO DEVELOPED BY RESIDENCIAL BALBOA 3, S.L. - ACTÍVITAS

In the first half of 2022 we started the construction works for 128 homes awarded by RESIDENCIAL BALBOA 3, S.L. (ACTÍVITAS), in plots M12-4 and M12-1 of the Valdemoro Partial Plan R9N “Las Zanjas Norte”.
 
The construction will be carried out in two separate phases, each of them comprising 64 homes of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, as well as 98 parking spaces and storage rooms. The project comprises 3 floors above ground plus attic.
 
In addition, two basement floors will be built to accommodate the parking spaces, storage rooms and other facilities. In the free area of the plot, there will be garden areas, playground games, a picnic area, a fitness area, paddle tennis and a swimming pool for adults.
 
The foundation of the building will be deep typology, by means of piles and retaining walls. The floors will be unidirectional formed by semi-joists and lightening blocks. The attic floor slab will be bidirectional.
 
The exterior façade will be made up of a double sheet, the exterior of ½ foot of exposed brickwork of different colors, and the interior will be made of plasterboard cladding with incorporated insulation.
