THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SENIOR CITIZENS' RESIDENCE IN MÓSTOLES IS HANDED OVER

We have handed over the construction of a Residence for the Elderly in the PAU-5 of Móstoles, destined for the accommodation of elderly people to Alta Real Estate, S.L., which will be managed by EMERA.
 
The residence with 130 single rooms and 18 double rooms, with a total of 166 residential places, are distributed throughout the 5 floors of the block.
 
The building is broken up in plan, adapting to the curvature of the roundabout and the streets, with four wings.
 
The building has one floor below ground level and four floors above ground level. On the fourth floor, only the right-hand side of the building is occupied, leaving the left-hand side free for outdoor space for residents.
 
On the entrance floor there is a lobby that communicates with the main entrance and has the capacity to accommodate all visitors and family members and the common areas, nursing and a residential area for dependent people.  
 
The rest of the residential area is distributed on the four upper floors, where single and double rooms, lounges and dining rooms and service areas are distributed on each floor.
 
The volume of the building is the result of the application of the urban planning regulations, remaining below the maximum admissible values and complying with the parameters relating to habitability and functionality.
