BERVIA CONCESSIONAIRY, ASSOCIATED COMPANY TO ALDARA, CONSESTED BY TIPPING OF TOLEDO FOR REHABILITATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ZONE 2 OF ITS ROAD NETWORK

The Diputación de Toledo has been the first Administration in Spain to have concessioned its entire network, establishing a crash plan to rehabilitate all roads and maintaining them within quality standards, set by indicators, over 20 years. Technical prescriptions set rehabilitation guidelines and quality standards to achieve and maintain. However, this system allows the concessionaire a certain amount of freedom to manage the roads in relation to the rehabilitation solutions to be adopted, always in line with the Provincial Council. The magazine Carreteras in its number 221 September / October 2018, makes a review of the experience in the rehabilitation of the pavements of the so-called Zone 2, concessioned by Bervia.
