New construction of the Ibis Styles Hotel near Madrid Barajas Airport.

The 3,000 m2 site for this new hotel has been acquired by Extendam in what will be its first collaboration with AGP Hotels, a partner of Accor, which will manage and operate the establishment as a franchise. 
 
The establishment will have 260 rooms, an indoor swimming pool, a rooftop bar, a meeting space, a restaurant and two parking areas, one indoor and one outdoor, with 92 and 37 parking spaces, respectively.   The plan is to construct a building with 7 floors + first floor for hotel use and garage, with a total of 260 rooms, six of which will be accessible, and on the first floor will be the common areas for breakfast, reception and service areas.  
 
The hotel is located in a strategic location in Madrid.  It is in the Valdebebas district, an urbanized and developing area halfway between Terminal 4 of the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the IFEMA fairgrounds.  In the very near future, this area, which also has large protected green areas, will house the new courthouse, 36,000 m2 of office space, a large shopping center and the expansion of IFEMA.
