URBAN DEVELOPMENT WORKS BEGIN IN THE CÁRCAVAS IV SECTOR IN ILLESCAS, TOLEDO

On July 1, 2025, ALDARA CONSTRUCCIONES E INFRAESTRUCTURAS, SL began urbanization works in Sector sub CO 09 – Cárcavas IV of the POM in Illescas, Toledo.

The project, which covers an area of almost 600,000 m2 and involves an investment of €11.1 million, has been awarded to the construction company ALDARA by the PLALTADE joint venture and includes the complete execution of the internal urban development works, general systems (water supply networks, separate sanitation (rainwater and sewage), electricity network (low and medium voltage), public lighting, telecommunications, and irrigation network), connections to the outside (new road connecting to the A-42 motorway), and connections to adjacent sectors.

The works, which are expected to be completed within 21 months, also include the construction of a water tank and its connection to the drinking water distribution network, a rainwater retention pond, and the underground installation of the existing medium-voltage overhead line.
