WE DELIVER THE ARAVACA NIDO STUDENT RESIDENCE

We deliver the Aravaca Nido Residence, located at Avenida del Talgo, 1 in the Aravaca-Moncloa district in Madrid.

The building has energy rating A and Breeam VERY GOOD label.

The Residence is intended to house a community of students and consists of two buildings with a total of 501 rooms, 231 rooms in Block 1 and 270 in Block 2 with 432 single rooms, 13 accessible rooms and 56 in clusters.  Some rooms have private terraces.

The Residence also has different areas that offer services that meet the needs of the residents: co-working area, different co-living areas that encourage relationships between residents, kitchens with dining area, TV room, walkable deck that offers the resident a place for leisure and recreation outdoors, etc..

Each block has 4 floors (ground floor + 3), plus an attic floor and a semi-basement floor that connects both buildings through an open plaza, where a series of common spaces are located: private dining room, TV room, games room, study rooms, gym and laundry.  On this floor there are porch areas where common uses are located, as mentioned above, a summer cinema and different living areas for the users of the 2 buildings.

On the attic floor of Block 1, there is an outdoor terrace area for communal use, which is accessed from a common room.  This terrace is equipped with a decorative pond and two Jacuzzis.

The residence also has 129 parking spaces in basement -1.
