WE FINISHED THE WORKS AT 79 CALERUEGA ST.

We have completed the general restructuring and change of use of the building located at c/ Caleruega, 79.
 
The works have consisted in changing the use of the building from a tertiary use to a residential use typical of the area.
 
As a result of the restructuring, the building finally consists of 48 apartments, of the 42 initially planned, including studios, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses with solarium terraces.  The first floor has been modified to house a swimming pool, gymnasium and porch and garden areas.  The two garage floors have also been adapted to house the necessary technical rooms and 74 parking spaces.
 
All of this has given a new life to the existing office building, converting it into an elegant and contemporary residential block in the Pinar de Chamartín area.
