WORK BEGINS ON THE 77 ALMA HOUSES IN TRES CANTOS

We started work on the Alma de Tres Cantos residential complex, awarded by Sterling Invest, SLU, which consists of a total of 77 homes, 145 parking spaces and 77 storage rooms. The houses are distributed in 2 isolated and independent blocks, one with 37 and the other with 40 houses with 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms distributed over 11 floors (PB+10).
 
The two blocks are of irregular geometry in which the different types of dwellings all have covered and/or uncovered terraces, as well as the ground floor dwellings with terraces and gardens.   In the interior space of the urbanization, through pedestrian routes and garden areas, the portals are accessed and in the southern area there is the adult and children's pool, both fenced according to regulations. In the central area of the urbanization, accompanying the pedestrian paths that lead to the portals, different leisure and enjoyment areas are distributed: a covered community room, a children's play area, a support area for bike racks, a solarium area, and garden areas that They give privacy and make the private terraces of the ground floor apartments independent.
 
Community gyms are located on the top floor of both buildings.
