Aldara delivers Valdebebas 7 in Madrid, 44 VPPB homes

Promoted by Seprocol SA, Aldara has just delivered 44 basic public protection housing units (VPPB) in Valdebebas (Madrid), built on a 2,000 m2 plot. With an investment of € 4,150,000, and a built area of ​​8,905 m2, the architect Julio Touza Rodríguez, has designed a two-storey low-rise building with fourteen housing floors, plus an attic, with a porticoed ground floor. The houses, three per floor, except in the recessed attic that has two, have three bedrooms and terrace. Each house also has a storage room and 2 parking spaces in the basement, where the facilities rooms are also located. In the back of the building an open porch to a landscaped space, with area for children games, swimming pool with adjoining area for relaxation and sunbeds, sports area and social premises. The heating is centralized, with individual meters of consumption and hot water, will be mostly by solar energy, with a boiler support, high performance; the common elements of lighting, (porches, stairs, plant landings, etc.) are equipped with low consumption luminaires and ignition with a timer by presence detectors, which makes it a building with low energy efficiency.
