Aldara delivers Valdebebas 7 in Madrid, 44 VPPB homes

Promoted by Seprocol SA, Aldara has just delivered 44 basic public protection housing units (VPPB) in Valdebebas (Madrid), built on a 2,000 m2 plot. With an investment of € 4,150,000, and a built area of ​​8,905 m2, the architect Julio Touza Rodríguez, has designed a two-storey low-rise building with fourteen housing floors, plus an attic, with a porticoed ground floor. The houses, three per floor, except in the recessed attic that has two, have three bedrooms and terrace.
