ALDARA CI WILL BUILD A SENIOR RESIDENCE WITH 165 BEDS IN EL CAÑAVERAL (MADRID)

Aldara Construcciones e Infraestructuras, will be the company that will carry out the construction works of a residence for the elderly in El Cañaveral, while Emera Group will be in charge of operating the residence that Alta Real Estate promotes together with an international investor with an investment of 15.4 million euros whose work is expected to be completed in December 2025.
 
The residence will have 165 beds, of which 133 correspond to single rooms and 32 to double rooms.  On a plot of 3,860 square metres, the residence will occupy a surface area of 7,575 square metres distributed over six floors.
 
The Residence in El Cañaveral joins three other projects developed jointly by Aldara CI, Alta Real Estate and Emera in the Community of Madrid, specifically in the municipalities of Boadila del Monte, Móstoles and in the Carabanchel district of the capital.
 
Since 2016, Aldara CI and Alta Real Estate have jointly developed student residence developments in Madrid, Oviedo, Salamanca and Barcelona for a total of 2,000 places and with a joint investment of 175 million euros.  In parallel, they have also carried out flexible living projects with different funds and operators in the Community of Madrid, as well as logistics areas in Illescas (Toledo).
